NH Graz City

Great location, 2-3 minutes from main square. It is also a great starting point for walk to Slossberg, which was great because we stayed here during Advent, so a lot of Graz Advent markets were really near. Would come again.

It's a high quality hotel and everything was excellent. The best place is in the center of the city (central square in old town, you can see the clock tower from the window). Most of the tourist sights are within 5 - 20 minutes walk. To the central street with many shops and restaurants - 5 minutes. Friendly and helpful reception. Check in and check out in 2 minutes. Everything corresponded to the photos on the Booking. No problem with payment. Everything is clear Underground parking is convenient, near the hotel (next door) (20 euros per day). You can check in on the parking earlier than at the hotel (payment from the moment of arrival) Room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. In December it was warm and the temperature can be regulated. A huge bed (a bit hard mattress for me) and two kinds of pillows, snow-white bed linen. There is a kettle, coffee machine and tea/coffe set in the room. The safe is spacious. Large and comfortable bathroom (There is soap, shampoo, conditioner shower gel, and lotion). Everything works fine. WI-FI was very well. In the room, we did not hear any noise from the hall and the neighboring rooms.

Perfect location for a weekend brake in Graz. There is a undeground parking, which is very convenient even if there is no direct lift to the hotel - the stairs are 10m from the main entrance to the hotel. The room was clean and cosy. Breakfast was diversified and fresh - everyone will find something tasty for themselves. The staff was very helpful. Great advantage for people travelling with kids is "Kinderspielplatz im Stadtpark", of course when the weather allows. On the other side of the Park on Zinzendorfgasse street there are a lot of reasonable restaurants.

The breakfast was excellent. Large variety of foods and very good quality. The Team at the Breakfast was awesome. Very friendly, smiling, attentive, helpful, swift in doing their tasks, the ideal people for catering / hospitality business. We do thank them the nice atmosphere they created and granted us. The Team at the reception was also very helpful, kind and knowledgeable.

Great location, looking down from the clock tower you can actually see the hotel. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Reliable wifi. Excellent parking garage next to hotel, at a preferential rate (half price, 18 eur per day), payable at reception. Nice working corner in the room - desk and chair in a pleasant set-up. Good sustainability habits - the option not to have the room serviced every day is rewarded with a voucher for a free drink at the bar, but you need to make sure you ask for it, if you are determined to use it.
